In this class we will explore the ancient tradition of preparing plant medicine in the form of tea. We will discuss the benefits of specific preparations including hot infusions, cold infusions, and decoctions. Throughout the workshop we will get to know an array of plant allies and learn how they can be combined in a tea blend to support the body and spirit. Participants will have an opportunity to fill a mason jar with their own herbal tea blend to take home and enjoy!
